Return Period:

You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Products that are unwrapped, assembled, or installed cannot be returned unless defective.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases.
• Bedding, pillows, mattresses, and towels (for hygiene).
• Custom-made or personalized items.

Damaged Products:

• Report damage within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos.
• We will coordinate free home pickup of damaged goods.

Refunds:

• Processed after product evaluation.
• Refunds are issued via the original payment method or as store credit.
